Raw honey
Forest honey is a unique type of honey collected from the nectar of various forest plants, shrubs, trees, and wildflowers (such as linden, blackberry, lungwort, sage, hazel, raspberry, rosehip, bird cherry, angelica, hawthorn, clover, strawberry, and juniper). This honey has a dark amber or brown color with reddish or greenish tints, depending on the plants from which the bees collected the nectar. Its aroma is rich, with distinct forest, herbal, and even resinous notes. The taste of forest honey is complex, slightly tangy, with spicy and caramel undertones. It crystallizes slowly, forming fine crystals.
